This digital archive collection compiled by the Wilson Center contains Ukrainian and national KGB reports, Communist Party directives, and Ukrainian Academy of Science measurements which discuss technical issues with the Chornobyl plant, details of the accident, and emergency responses across the republic. Sources span from the late 1960s when the plant's construction was first imagined to the late 1990s, when Bill Clinton and Leonid Kuchma met to discuss the Ukrainian economy, Ukrainian-Russian relations, and NATO.
